fetchmailrc syntax error

All of a sudden I'm getting this error message:
 
.fetchmailrc:2: syntax error at "pop.sonic.net"

/sarcasm on/ What I like about linux is the voluminous information these error
messages give./sarcasm off/

Tried running a search on the error message but got nothing useful.

If anyone could give me a clue I would really appreciate it.
