openelec

I've decided to try to run the operating system openelec. I was wondering
how big of an SD card I need for it. The instructions for installation are:

dd if=OpenELEC-Generic.x86_64-5.0.0-efi.img of=/dev/sdb bs=4M


Does this mean the sd card needs to be 4 mb in size? Can I even buy one
that small? What about swap?
