ot spam

you know.... in my research into the matter I found uce at ftc.gov (or
something like that). my mail to that address bounced but in the bounce
message there was notification that the new address was spam at uce.gov . I've
been forwarding my spam to that address but I found today tha a person
sends their spam to spam at ice.gov. Neither email bounces so that leaves me
wondering..... which is the right one?
