did I screws up router?

Power surge can affect the Modem and router just as easily as any other
electrical device. So you may need to fully powercycle the modem and router
(power both off, power on modem first and fully then router on) and see if
that resets you.

but much like a previous thread you may have to reset your router or even
see if it is damaged.
