libcurl3

What in the world! I tried getting the wireless usb device going last night
and that killed the internet, so I reinstalled the system and am up this
morning getting the system back up. Unfortunately, I try to install
kmymoney and apt can't find the package. I then tried to install chrome and
the response I get is:

   Error:
   Dependency is not satisfiable:
   libcurl3

I tried to apt-get libcurl3 but it can't find the program. It can only find
libcurl3-gnutls. I didn't have this problem last time I reinstalled this
system. WHy am I having the problem now? I'm thinking that maybe I got a
bad install. What do you guys think I should do?
