RE installfest for Cottonwood

I would recommend and comment on several things
I have attended and work with Lugy http://www.lugy.net/ from Prescott
we are working (slowly) on a installfest at Prescott CC for Cottonwood
I would recommend starting with a ubuntu hour /Stammtisch type
event to bring local linux users together and help you with staff for
a local installfest event at a later time as you get organized. got to a
local coffee shop restaurant hang out for a hour or two once or twice a
month
you decide how often to meet use a linux stcker shirt or flyer so people
can find you and or ask questions. remember to have fun and and ask if you
can answer and questions thish should be a small social event to start.
both plug and ubuntu local would be happy to help and do some pr for the
event. Offer to do demo's at other computer groups events.
