OT ?? HostGator propagation issue ??

nsxxxx.websitewelcome.com is HostGator.

Try changing your DNS to point to these DNS hosts rather than your private names.

FWIW, any time I’ve tried setting up my own private DNS names, I’ve run into problems, not just HG but self-hosted, and other places.

Also, consider trying these guys for independent nameserver hosting: http://dnsmadeeasy.com

I’ve had SMTP hosting set up there for years. I love it. If I’m anywhere that blocks email ports, I can connect and bypass the local system or ISP. It’s especially nice to have while traveling so you don’t have to worry about getting sniffed by internet cafes.
