NEW TEMPORARY LOCATION: Free/Open Source Software Stammtisch on Tues (12/16)

The location this month isn't the permanent new location, it's just a 
one time location until the new location opens for business.

If there is good bus service to fiesta mall, which I suspect there is, 
then the new location that is catty-corner to fiesta mall in Poca Fiesta 
mall should be good as well.
