Video of Hans talk from the most recent meeting

That was probably the hardest PLUG video to edit yet since it was a 
discussion based talk, and kept being pushed off topic to some extent by 
the audience.  The source video was about an hour and a half and the 
final video is only 26 minutes and had about 75 cuts in it.

Hans was really good at talking about most things that came from the 
audience so in the end I was also to edit it down to just Hans talking 
without having to dip into the audience mic at all.

It did however dip into the kdenlive mailing list while making this 
video for advice and learned a couple of really cool, super useful, 
things that are completely non-obvious, which I'll demonstrate in a 
presentation soon.
