flat screens

1.  have you tried to use a different VGA cable?  Check the cable
connectors for broken or missing pins.

Cool.... that fixed my brothers flat screen. One of the pins was bent.
Cool... I just discovered I was testing with the wrong cable! The other
monitor is fine. Thanks for the help
