If you are using DD-WRT, it appears you can 'fake' a mirror port.
from http://nivlheim.net/blog/?p=13. it looks like you need to
enable iptables, then setup preroute, and postroute rules to "TEE" every
thing to your wireshark/tcpdump machine.
