32bit vs 64bit Linux

My only compatibly issue was getting the VPN tunnel that my job uses to 
work in 64 bit.
Juniper network-connect software on Ubuntu not sure what version, but it 
was around 2011. My advice is to do a 64 bit install and then do a tests 
with your personal list of high priority software.
