Thats because the address really is bad... we lost the old address of 
plug-discuss at lists.plug.phoenix.az.us when it was repossessed by phoenix 
after Deru bit the dust.

Just use plug-discuss at lists.phxlinux.org , it's easier anyway... and 
while your changing that address in your address book, go ahead and look 
for any other address and replace plug.phoenix.az.us with phxlinux.org 
leaving anything extra like "lists" on the domain and you will be all 
set for next time.
