usb cord

the deal is that my brother's computer doesn't have wireless so I need to
hardwire it to the printer. The cable needs to go across the room (15 ft)-
into a wall mount- out of the house- under the house (50 ft)- into the
house- out of a wall mount- to his computer (10 ft). WOW. That is longer
than I thought.  that's around 75 feet long in total. hmmmmm.... I have an
empty phone line (cat 3) there already could I use that?
