video card regala?

XBMC is on an IBM NetVista and I think I need a better video card. As I
watch some things the sound cuts out about like every  10-30 seconds as (I
think) the video catches up. I was wondering if someone could part with
video card that is better than a nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200]?
Most everything plays fin but 'Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking'
didn't.
