You need to troubleshoot the networking issues.

In OSI troubleshooting, the issue will always be on either side of where
you are experiencing the issue.

So, you want to verify that the ports are open.

I like using a tool called nmap for that (although nc/netstat will also do
this):

yum install nmap

nmap $IPADDRESS

netstat -antp

Is port 80 running?
