VOTE -- New List (Was Re:Off Topic Discussions)

I humbly submit that.... nobody will use it.  How many lists are under
plug's umbrella and how many people post to the other lists? We have
discussed theis before a while ago and (I think it was) Brian said the
other lists get no traffic. Unless things have changed.
