I second www.codeacademy.com I have a 14 year old son that I am doing the
same thing with. He loves games like minecraft. But to earn time on the
game he has to do equal time per day completing assignments in
www.codeacademy.com. The have javascript, PHP, python, Ruby, CSS, HTML.
My son is have way through the javascript courses. for math try
khanacademy.com
Most of all they are free and easy to use.
