I use Crashplan. I am very happy with it. Family plan is only $84/yr too. I
can get my files on my phone too. Oh, and its encrypted at 445bits AES, so
the NSA can keep its nose out of my business.

It allows me to backup to my NAS (onsite RAID), and offsite. They have
Linux, Mac, and Windows clients (Java).
