Dual-core Intel® Celeron® Processor?

What I find most interesting is it is running a Dual-core Intel® Celeron® Processor.

For the money one might get a better deal with a Netbook running the Intel Atom N455 processor, which is dual core and newer technology that would only cost $228, or $29 more.
