This is awesome if it is free. You used to be able to create something like this on your own using BartPE and McAfee, but McAfee stopped letting people download the necessary scan engine and update files.

I've run this and it works great. It's Kaspersky rescue disk. Copy the image to a bootable USB stick and boot your machine from it.
