OT: (or is it) seeking app for a single file content search

Thanks Bob, but I'm afraid the apache web server
and cgi script approach is way over my head.

Really hoping for a minimalist solution that is
much simpler to just do the search on a plain,
unformatted text file (perhaps with grep?).
