no support for picasa

As we continue to enhance Picasa, it has become difficult to maintain 
parity on the Linux version.

I'm guessing the google people have decided it's too much trouble to 
make the linux version work just like the windows version.  That's 
really unfortunate because linux is a superior os compared to anything 
that comes out of microsoft.  I'm guessing google wants to concentrate 
their efforts where more people will benefit from them.
