OT: PHP Setup for IIS and SQL Server

Hi All,

I think I recall someone posting a while back about having troubles getting PHP running with IIS and SQL Server.
I'm not sure if it was on PLUG or the AzPHP list, so I'll post it here as well as AzPHP.

I came  across this article on a SQL Server blog site I read.  It seems very informative.
Hope it helps anyone who must run this configuration.
