Problems Printing with Firefox

Also, I forgot to clarify which gtkrc you needed to edit:
This should go into ~/.gtkrc-2.0:
gtk-print-backends = "file,lpr,cups"
This is supposedly important. Be sure to save the original so you can
roll back.
