is this written correctly?

It seems that when I run it one way it updates chromium's cache files but
not when I copy the other way.
 rsync -vva --exclude=.*lock* --exclude=.*mozilla* --exclude=.*chromium*
bmike1 at 192.168.0.4:/home/bmike1/ ~/
 rsync -vva --exclude=.*lock* --exclude=.*mozilla* --exclude=.*chromium* ~/
bmike1 at 192.168.0.4:/home/bmike1/
