no luck on memory for mystery Intel motherboard

It does have a speaker on the MB but I have also been able to find a jumper labeled "DBG SPKR" which I am assuming means debug speaker but I have no clue as to it's setting. Another person suggested I try clearing the CMOS to see if that has any effect.
