I agree that to be as Green as possible is worth it. If you're looking for a firewall? Why not get a a decent commercial grade router/vpn? The works already done. You don't have to configure a new box. It's embedded in the ROM. Costs about the same as a mini or pico itx would cost anyway.

Sorry about the html emails. They didn't include just sending them in their new software update so I had to downgrade to the version that had txt only. Or at least a choice.
