cause of IO wait

Am 27. Jun, 2011 schwätzte James Mcphee so:

I hadn't done a good enough job of reviewing procs in blocked state.

I was able to restart sendmail and after-the-fact noted that sendmail had
been blocked.

Load avg is down to 3, but iowait is still 25%.
