that would be nice. However, we are talking about a 70+ year old lady that has troubles enough even working with windows. I will be going out of town for the next year or so to the colorado center for the blind and will be entirely too busy to even be able to offer any tech support (which will be expected of me should I saddle her with linux). I realize this is a linux users group, but you are the only folks I know that would even help (I cannot thank you enough for the donor laptop several months back. it helped me out with being able to do some work away from the house).

I wish I had disposable income to just buy her a new one, but we all can't have what we want)
