I don't post them unless they are noteworthy:

1) Linux based
[j2ee developers in my model would not be posted to Discuss but to
Developers list]
2) With a local firm or shop [or cause drooling]
3) W2 or 1099 of consequence [i.e. no Wellsfargo contracts]

There used to be an area of the PLUG we [those with access] could post jobs
also?
