OT: Looking to possibly hire a PHP Programmer 20 hours a week

I am looking to possibly hire a PHP
Programmer 20 hours a week, contract, for 6 months or possibly a
year.  This actually could turn into more hours for a longer period
of time.



I'm looking for someone in the East
Valley that would be able to meet me once a week or more often as may

Looking for someone skilled with
HTML/XHTML, PHP5, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript,  AJAX using Mootools or
jQuery.  




Drupal experience a serious plus.
