Low power customizable NAS?

I've been looking for awhile for a low cost / decent performing motherboard
combo set to drive USB 2.0 based Asterisk hardware (PBX systems) so I can
compete with all of the bottom feeders on Ebay. The specs look about right;
do they have pricing listed somewhere?
