restart daemon for low-RAM boxes

A couple of weeks ago, I said I'd put together something that'd make it easier 
for people running services on low-RAM boxes like low-priced slicehosts.  I've 
(finally) gotten that done.  (Work, social obligations, cat, and girlfriend 
keep taking up my time.)  http://crow202.org/slicehostd.html , 
http://crow202.org/slicehostd.conf.html .  Since I've had this thing running, 
I haven't had to manually reboot my slicehost.

Please note that YMMV and there may be gruesome software bugs lurking in that 
code.
