rm -i *.txt | yes

may work for you?

[root at localhost]# yes --help
Usage: yes [STRING]...
  or:  yes OPTION
Repeatedly output a line with all specified STRING(s), or `y'.

      --help     display this help and exit
      --version  output version information and exit
