OT: Win: Starting a windows enterprise admin group

Im trying an experiment to see if I can just copy the contents of
C:\Documents and Settings\User\ to \\directory\profiles\User\
or for vista/win7
c:\Computer\OS\Users\User to \\directory\profiles\User\
before I actually join he user 'for real'.
