this should actually be a : tar -jxfv konversation-1.3.1.tar.bz2

"ls
cd konversation-1.3.1
./configure
make
make install"

This part is pretty much normal and i think will work better with the
switches working correctly.

When I get to the point of using # ./configure, nothing happens at all, and that's where I am stuck.
