difficulty regarding (links pointing to) lists.plug.phoenix.az.us

I just tried doing a flush (DNS),
and -- after that --  checked again at http://www.whatsmydns.net/

The results I got, were:

for plug.phoenix.az.us :
a mixture (some green, some red)

for www.plug.phoenix.az.us :
(slightly more red, but still a mixture)

for lists.phoenix.az.us :
I tried 5 times;  3 times I got ALL GREEN,
and twice I got
"all green except for one server ["Tulsa OK, United States (Cox)"]".
