How to resize (make larger) guest windows in virtualbox?

Much like VMware, VB has a guestadditions.iso that has special video
drivers for the guest machine. Have you installed these? Once the VM is
running, click on a button at the top, I forget which at the moment, and
select Install Guest Additions and it will load the iso and take off.
