OT: Cheapy Mc Cheap Cheap cell phone?

I know alltell used to have a elcheapo plan like that, and you pay for
each day you use the plan and a per minuet charge. verizon has the
same sort of option available.

cricket starts at 30/month normally right now.

although the per day thing AT&T has the most decent looking one
