Historically last installfest till end of Jan.

Actually, that is not quite true.  Other than in 2008, there has usually
been one installfest held for november-december and it was scheduled for
early in december.  Now that I am running the installfests, I had planned to
do that again.  That woud make either December 5 or 12 an installfest.  I am
leaning to 12/5.

I would be happy to accept input as to date or even whether I should do that
or not.  Sans objections, it is my plan.
