How to Present to the Westside (DeVry) meetings via the Net

Is it possible (practical) to allow EastSide folks to Present Linux topics
to the WestSide Meetings at Devry.

The room we get to meet in at Devry has a large screen making me think it
(the room) may be set up for this.

 So I can talk intelligently to the DeVry IT folks, What would be needed at
the Devry end and at the East Side end.
