Kubuntu 9.10 - I HATE KDE 4.X

What I REALLY need is for someone who is fluent in the new interface to 
spend 10-15 min face time showing me how the new gui works.
As I said, it is all probably VERY simple, but JUST outside my grasp to 
BIG PICTURE it.
I'm a "BIG PICTURE" guy.
