linksys WRT54G router

I reset the router.
I tried admin/blank. blank/admin, admin/admin.
Reset router again and again.
Repeaet user/pass.
Still can't get into the router.
After th 20 second reset now the browser goes to a
'management mode/ firmware upgrade' page.
