It was Tim O'Reilly who was taking pride is his success and I had nothing to
do with the "Linux in a Nutshell" book (although I wish I did).  I've
learned a lot from Tim O'Reilly over the last couple of decades and I will
be forever grateful to him.  These days I've been learning a lot from him by
