#/dev/sdRE: Unavailable Partitions in Ubuntu

Adding entries for all the old partitions from the SuSe 9.2 and SuSe 11.0
seems to have solved the problem. Looks like trying to track down the
'resierfs' misspelling was a red herring. Thanks for the help!
