I got a 45 day trial for it when I purchased a sixty dollar book from
Borders.

Login cookie didn't stick, no way to bookmark, no way to download a local
copy...

I spent 60$ on a programming book with no static html online or pdf version,
that kind of torqued me off. Even more when I suddenly lost access to it
after a month and a half.
