need help troubleshooting software raid failures

Visit the website of the drive manufacturer and get the bootable
diagnostics from them, that will let you check your drive.

as for the card i think its less a failure and more of a compatibility bug.


you can also you the HDD utilities to wipe the drive and try rebuilding again.
