Must have app list, desktop edition?

I always install virtuabox firefox and gimp

Usualy install audacity

K3B and amorak on KDE

Geany for development

Kate also good on kde for dev stuff

Don't like gedit so much

For music I now use rythmbox not overly impressed when I compare it to
amorak but does the job
