Slide Show Maker

I have been on vacation the last 2 weeks and have been really focusing on my
photography (email me off list for gallery link) Anyhow one thing in my
opinion that is kinda a PITA compared to say a MAC is making video slide
shows from photos. There are ways but nothing i really liked. Well I
stumbled across SMILE this last weekend and have been impressed. If your a
suse person it is in your repos, I Frankly am not so I had to go from source
on ubuntu... Anyhow I think it is an awesome program and hope it gets
mainstreamed in to ubuntu. Check it out  http://smile.tuxfamily.org/ (Site
